Qualified Psychologist - Part-Time Private Practice Role
Thursday and Friday, 10:00am - 5:30pm
A part-time private practice role for a fully qualified Psychologist seeking meaningful, clinically engaging work in an established and supportive practice.
We are seeking a fully qualified Psychologist to join our established and supportive team in a part-time capacity.
This role is ideal for someone who is either:
Looking to transition into private practice but not quite ready to leave the stability of their current NGO or government role.
Moving into a semi-retirement phase and wanting meaningful, clinically engaging work without the demands of running a business.
Ready for a change of pace into a more stimulating, client-focused environment where your skills are valued and well supported.

Position Details:
Days: Thursday and Friday
Hours: 10:00am - 5:30pm, with flexibility to increase hours after an initial period if desired

Location: Geelong region / clinic-based with established referral pathways

What We Are Looking For:
Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

Experienced Bookkeeper / Administration & Business Development Officer - Part-Time
2 days per week, 4 hours per day
A part-time employee role supporting bookkeeping, administration and business development for a busy allied health practice, particularly within the EAP space.
We are seeking a capable and proactive Bookkeeper / Administration & Business Development Officer to join our team in a part-time employee capacity.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health practice, while also contributing to the growth and development of business services, particularly within the EAP space.
Position Details:
Employment Type: Employee, not contractor
Hours: 2 days per week, 4 hours per day. Some flexibility within business hours, with a consistent schedule required
Location: Geelong region, on-site
About the Role:
This position supports the smooth running of practice operations through a combination of bookkeeping support, administration, and business development activities.
External accounting services manage higher-level financial oversight and compliance. This role focuses on day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping support tasks, while also contributing to the ongoing development and coordination of the practice's EAP and organisational service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day bookkeeping support including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable processing, and reconciliations
Liaising with external accounting providers as required
Managing billing processes and supporting Medicare, DVA, and related administrative claims workflows where applicable
Supporting EAP business development, including responding to enquiries, maintaining organisational relationships, following up leads, and assisting in converting interest into ongoing service partnerships
Supporting coordination of EAP services, including client and organisational communication, session tracking, and administrative processes
Maintaining accurate client and administrative records within practice systems
Administrative support across scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows
Working within and maintaining the practice CRM (Zanda), including client records, appointments, and billing entries
Supporting operational coordination and general practice administration
Assisting with process improvements and initiatives that support practice growth and service delivery

What We Are Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping and/or business administration

Experience or familiarity with business development, client relationship management, or service-based environments
Familiarity with or willingness to quickly become proficient in Zanda CRM. Experience with Zanda is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a team
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Professionalism, reliability, and discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant is likely someone who is comfortable engaging with people in a professional, relational way, can build rapport with organisational contacts, balance structured administrative work with business development initiative, and values working in a calm, quiet, and steady environment.
Experience within allied health, EAP services, or B2B service environments will be highly regarded.
